With the exception of the main role of my life, which is to be a mother of three special and wonderful sons and life partner of my wonderful partner, I have over 27 years of experience behind me in a variety of key positions in the hotel industry.

For many years I studied, researched, developed and built every possible dimension in hotel management, which is, as I see it, a kind of small country.

Key roles in various operations departments gave me a broad view of every possible aspect of service delivery, conflict resolution, operations and employee management.

Marketing and sales of the industry have also been a large part of my hotel career and for years I marketed and managed sales and returns in a variety of hotels and accommodations.

For a decade out of these years I managed various hotels starting from Neve Ativ, through Safed and Netanya to Ramat Gan, when I was lucky enough to receive every hotel I managed as a project for development, upgrading and even construction and opening.

I have accumulated tremendous, extensive and diverse knowledge that relates in one way or another to almost every department in hotels and I have taken this knowledge and developed it into other branches.

Managing hundreds of employees for many years allowed me a deep understanding and great knowledge in transferring my experience to anyone who chooses it.

Over the years I met a number of people who impressed me and I knew that their knowledge was also important for people to meet.

More than 25 years ago I fell in love with sales and marketing, and along with operational work and managerial positions in various departments in hotels, I graduated with honors in management and marketing from the College of Management, I chose to complete a year and a half course of guiding groups at Gishat College almost a decade ago, and since then I love to lead workshops and lectures Variety of areas.

I was a sales and marketing manager for independent hotel chains and hotels in Israel, such as Prima Hotels, C HOTELS, the Caesar Hotel chain and in the last decade at the Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem.

Today I am self-employed, owning a company for marketing hotels and independent chains, and host workshops both in the hotel field and in the holistic field.

I like to combine the tools of both, it adds interest and a wide variety and, of course, in my humble opinion, broadens broad horizons.
